| Abstract | TRPV and TRPM proteins have been shown to form temperature-responsive cation channels that act in nociception. Recent work on the mouse ANKTM1 and Drosophila Painless proteins shows that members of a third TRP subfamily, TRPN, also function in thermosensation. |
