Biography

I grew up in Santa Barbara before going to Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.  Afterwards I spent 8 years working in Minx Fuller's lab at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA studying Drosophila. Then I returned to Santa Barbara to work in the Rothman Lab at UCSB and raise my family.

I participate in and support several different research projects within the lab while managing the day to day running of the lab.
