Congratulations to Sebastian Strubl, postdoc in the Weimbs Lab, for the award of a two-year research fellowship from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation). The title of the funded project is "Der Einfluss renaler Kristallablagerung auf die autosomal dominante Nierenzystenerkrankung".

Dr. Weimbs is the editor of a book on "Methods in Kidney Cell Biology" that just came out. This is Part B. The book is part of the long-running "Methods in Cell Biology" book series published by Elsevier. There are lots of terrific chapters by the leading experts in renal biology.
