Jeff Talbot received a Best Poster Award for his presentation titled "Cleavage of the Polycystin-1 cytoplasmic tail in disease and injury: pathogenic and proper regulation of STAT3" at the FASEB 2011 Summer Conference "Polycystic Kidney Disease: From Bench to Bedside", Saxtons River, Vermont.

The National Institutes of Health awarded a "Research Supplement to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research" to Dr. Weimbs to support the research carried out by Annita Ngatchou, PhD.
